Very good service and staff
CAREFUL!!! ⚠️ I really don't recommend this place. I decided to help a stray dog infested with ticks. She was lethargic, couldn't get up on her own, and wasn't eating. I decided to take her to this vet clinic since she was in Maipú. At 11:40 PM on Friday, January 9th, 2026, a Venezuelan veterinarian attended to her. He was more concerned with the ticks than examining the dog. He told me she was poisoned, gave her three dexamethasone injections, charged me 50,000 pesos, and gave me money for a blood test the next day. The following day, the dog had seizures, so I decided to change vets. I took her to the Centro de Salud Vetirano (Veterinary Health Center), where she was seen by veterinarian Franco, who was very empathetic with animals from the start. He ruled out poisoning and said it could be ehrlichiosis. They drew blood, and the test results were expected that afternoon. They gave her an IV. and intravenous antibiotics. Today, two days later, the dog is eating and drinking water on her own and has improved remarkably. If you care about your pets, I do not recommend this veterinary clinic!
Excellent care. They saved my dog from parvovirus; he was hospitalized for four days and today he's back home. ❤️
Excellent service. I've been taking my three kittens there for three years now. They treat them with so much love and take great care of them. The place is clean and they're open 24/7!
Two weeks ago, I took my dog to the vet because she'd been hit by a car outside the vet. When the car hit her, she ran off and traveled about 8 km. The impact was from the side and at high speed. When we finally caught her, we took her to the vet where she was treated by Rocio V. Novillo. There, they told me she was fine, that she only had heat stroke and shock from the shock, so they gave her diuretics and Dipyrone. They didn't do an ultrasound or X-ray to check for internal injuries, which are quite common after accidents or severe blows. They discharged me and told me I could take her home. Less than an hour later, my dog collapsed at home, so we rushed back to the vet. The doctor who treated her, Rocio V. Novillo, said she had hypothermia and hypotension and would need to stay in the hospital. Again, no immediate imaging studies were performed, even though there were already signs that could indicate internal bleeding. A few hours later, they called me to say they had just performed an abdominal ultrasound and that she had bleeding in her spleen, so she needed emergency surgery. We paid for the surgery, but later they informed us that she couldn't survive, that the damage was too extensive. About seven hours passed from the accident to the surgery, during which time the dog was experiencing internal bleeding that could have certainly been detected if the ultrasound had been performed earlier. I feel that if the doctor had considered the possibility of internal bleeding from the start, the story could have been different. Unfortunately, my dog died due to possible negligence in her care. From the accident until internal bleeding was detected, valuable hours passed, during which time tests that could have saved her life were not performed. I feel so helpless and sad about how the situation was handled, and I can't recommend this veterinary clinic because of the poor care and lack of knowledge demonstrated by the so-called professionals.
