We just got some treats and a haircut for our dog Charlie. We are extremely happy with the attention, the care and the result of the haircut. On top of it all it was quite affordable. Really recommend this vet/petshop.

It's disappointing that they don't care for pigeons; they're sentient beings just like dogs and cats. We found one badly injured in Plaza Italia and had to leave it to its fate. I hope that one day they'll find a way to help more animals. The pigeon will always be in my memory. A big hug, and I'm leaving this review with the best of intentions. Anyway, the girl who answered the phone was very kind. A point for that.

Until Thursday, October 2, I had a very good impression and even recommended this vet at one point... that day, as we do every month since this year, we took our poodle to get a bath and a haircut. We received him with his hair sloppily cut and a damaged wart, apparently accidentally due to his restlessness, as the lady who helped us explained to me lightly and dismissively. That afternoon and the entire following day, our dog seemed listless, tearful, with no appetite, and upset. When we requested an explanation by phone, there was no response or acceptance of any responsibility. We had to have our dog checked by a veterinarian, who indicated that he was experiencing joint discomfort due to some improper movement or fall. Veterinarian Camila didn't inform us about this situation. We will not take our dog back, nor will we recommend him. I suggest training the very young staff in customer service and, above all, in respect for the animal entrusted to them for a few minutes.
