I want to thank Mevep because they were the most humane and professional people in the world, from the staff who greeted me at the entrance to the two veterinarians who cared for my kitten Sinatra. They gave him everything, but he passed away so slowly and left me with immense pain. All I can say is thank you so much!!!! ❤️

Excellent service. However, there are some busy days and times with long waits. I recommend calling before going.

The warmth and affection with which they treat the animals is commendable. The staff are incredibly attentive and careful; we took our dog in for a check-up and they explained everything to us with great patience.

Absolutely the worst. They let a litter of French bulldogs die in my hand. They left me alone with the newborn puppies dying while they continued treating me as if nothing was wrong. It's a mediocre veterinary clinic that invented the whole "dog insurance" scam to scam working people who love animals. The worst thing that ever happened to us. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY LIE IN THEIR RESPONSE. I WAS NEVER ADVISED NOT TO BREED THE DOG. YOU INSISTED ON BRINGING THE DOG TOGETHER WITH THE PUPPIES WHEN WE TOLD YOU THAT THE DOG, UNDER ANESTHESIA, WOULDN'T RECOGNIZE THEM. YOU DIDN'T KNOW, AND STILL DON'T KNOW, ANYTHING ABOUT THE BREED, AND FOR A FEW PESOS, YOU DIDN'T ADMIT YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. OF COURSE, THIS HAPPENED SEVERAL YEARS AGO, AND WE HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN. IT'S A SHAME THAT YOU GIVE ME THAT ANSWER. I SHOULD HAVE FILED CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS WITH THEM.
