Great service and you can pop at any time and get your pet look at. Vets are nice and caring to your pet. If your let is unwell, they can keep them hospitalized too. They offer other services such as wash and grooming for your dogs as well. They do not, though, offer lab tests.

Muy mala atención, llevé a mi gatito Milo a esta veterinaria porque andaba con vómitos y decaído, fui a esta veterinaria porq era la única abierta a la madrugada, cuando llegué me atendieron de una manera muy fría sin empatía (llegué llorando porq el gato gritaba) me dijeron que tenía la uretra tapada, estuvimos al rededor de 3/4 horas esperando para que la médica le ponga el suero porque no le encontraba la vena, me dijeron que era por el alimento, me sacaron 280 Lucas, el gato no se ponía bien y mi mamá lo llevo a la veterinaria Mendieta 2 y ahí le dijeron que no tenía la uretra tapada que era cancer de uretra y que ya era muy tarde, mal diagnóstico, muy malos tratos, no son profesionales, no tienen amor por los animales, te sacan mucha guita, y la recepcionista es malhumorada

They're awful. These kinds of vets only care about their own pockets. They had abandoned a cat just one house away from the vet, lying there with two newborn kittens, on December 24th, right in the middle of the holidays, without shelter, in the blazing sun, without food. When I went to ask for help, even if it was just for one night, to give her a place to stay, and that I would come back on the 25th to take them, the girl who attended to me said she had already seen them. I said, "Oh, right, so you saw them?" They would only help if I paid them. This is nothing like other vets. Mendieta 2 helped me with everything, but they didn't have room because of the number of abandoned kittens. And the vet in the tower treated me wonderfully and told me they were there to help me with anything. These kinds of vets who only think about money—and it's not the first time I've heard about their negligence—shouldn't be working. Animals should be helped, not ignored. They should work with rescuers if they can't keep them. To top it all off, another girl who helped me said she went to ask for food and they told her not to worry about buying food because someone was already helping her—they washed their hands of it even though they were right there. Both the girl who helped me and the woman who worked there who passed by are a disgrace; they completely ignored me. Maybe if I offered to pay them my Christmas bonus, they would have helped me. I recommend Medieta 2 and De la Torre. They are the best vets who actually helped me, and I will always be grateful to them. 💖

This is the first and last time I'll ever go to this place. The receptionist was awful, with zero empathy... a truly disgusting person. The vet we saw was just as rude, interrupting me when I tried to explain the situation with a stray kitten I brought in, and completely insensitive.

On this occasion, during the early morning of December 30, 2025, the on-call veterinarian, Javier Perdía, did not treat my dog, Perla, well. She was in very poor condition. His treatment was completely lacking in empathy; he never considered the animal's well-being. My dog, Perla, suffered terribly. Instead of suggesting euthanasia so she could have a dignified death without so much suffering, he charged a fortune to prolong her pain, and she died a few hours later. I am very indignant. There are veterinarians who are honest and provide a diagnosis and options so you can make a decision.
