Professional, efficient and still very empathetic. Unfortunately our (very old) dog didn't make it, but he was in very good hands. Thank you for being there to help in that moment.

From the very first moment, they were incredibly kind, empathetic, and professional, supporting us through every decision and helping us far more than we could have imagined. They not only took care of her health but also actively helped us find her a home, offering us options and services we couldn't access on our own. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find her a foster home, but thanks to their support and guidance, we were able to make the decision to keep Hera ourselves.
